This stylishly furnished villa is located on a large private estate surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive trees and cypresses. Peace, privacy and comfort are guaranteed here and are the ingredients for a relaxing stay. Although located in the beautiful hinterland, the liveliness and beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur are relatively quickly accessible.

Villa Ock en Bourg has a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, a separate dining area and a modern kitchen with all amenities. On the ground floor is the spacious master bedroom with private marble bathroom with a bathtub, an Italian shower and a double dressing room. A second bedroom and bathroom with shower are further down, as well as a room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

The other three bedrooms are on the first floor as well as three bathrooms, one with bathtub and two with shower. In the basement there is a room with, among others, a pool table and a table football that are very popular with children. It makes this villa very suitable for (travelling) families.

Outside, it is wonderful to dine under the veranda with modern barbecue or relax in the comfortable lounge set in the pool house with unobstructed view. The large cooling mosaic swimming pool is the eye-catcher and from the lovely loungers you can overlook the lush garden. This is perfect for taking a nice walk in the olive grove or playing a game of petanque.

The proximity of several renowned golf courses makes this villa a paradise for golf lovers and lovers of the Provence and the Côte d'Azur. This villa is also perfectly situated for making beautiful walks or cycling tours. Because of the peace and quiet (also for the neighbours), this villa will not be rented to groups of young people or groups of people under the age of 25. The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is not allowed in this villa.
